HarvestDB Version 2.0 has two major functions:
- A. Archive Structures: HarvestDB provides the same service as SPINE to create NMR/XRay record page
- 1. Submit coordinate file and other info
- 2. PSVS analysis
- 3. Update SPINE (Structure Quality controlled by PSVS and RPF analysis)
- 4. Update NESG Structure Gallery
- B. PSVS Analysis: HarvestDB provides the same service as PSVS server

- Register: Page for NESG users to submit info to HarvestDB
- Login: Page to login before users can access HarvestDB
- LoginCheck: Page to check if the user is already login or not
- Archive: Page to archive NMR/XRay structures after deposition
- View Archive: Page to review list of archived NMR/XRay structures
